Everyone knows that sports and recreation is good for you. At Maclean and Raymond Laurie Sports Centres our main focus is to encourage community participation and involvement catering for all abilities and ages, ranging from beginners to professional athletes.

We also pride ourselves on working with the community to establish new sports and social groups for the benefit of health and fitness, accommodating the newest sports and activities.

We look forward to seeing you join our close-knit community with an established group or starting your own !

As leading community centres, Raymond Laurie was founded back in 2009 to be a place where friendships and competitive rivalries began. Maclean Sports Centre was opened in 2011 catering to the great sporting community of the Clarence Valley.

At Raymond Laurie Sports Centre we offer 2 International Standard Professional Basketball Courts that we regularly change to be set up for diverse sports such as Basketball, Table Tennis, Pickleball, Netball, Futsal and more! We also offer a professional mirrored dance room equipped with ballet bar and smooth timber floor. We are constantly looking for new sports and activities to incorporate into our centre and you are more than welcome to submit your ideas and suggestions.
